-Bachelor?s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
-3-4 years of experience in IT support function
Experience and strong knowledge in Windows, Mac OS, Linux.
-Strong knowledge in software, hardware, network, and IT security.
-Able to communicate in English.
-Service-minded and initiative.
-Good responsibility and communication skill.
-Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
-Be responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users.
-Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
-Troubleshoot and provide assistance in system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults for internal users.
-Provide support, including procedural documentation
Administers and control user accounts and IT assets.
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
-Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
